  • PCC Kids

    PCC Kids helps kids flourish in the good news about Jesus in a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment. Volunteers partner together to teach meaningful lessons, build relationships, and help children grow in faith one Sunday at a time.

  • Hospitality

    The Hospitality Ministry shares the welcome of Jesus by fostering connection and fellowship. From preparing communion to hosting coffee and snacks after service, this team helps create spaces where relationships can grow and community can flourish. 

  • Nomadic shelter

    The Nomadic Shelter Ministry offers hospitality to members of our local homeless community during the colder months. By providing meals, shelter, and presence, this team reflects Christ's compassion and care to our neighbors in need.

  • foster care portal

    Through our partnership with Help One Child, the CarePortal Ministry supports local at-risk families and foster youth by responding to urgent, real-time needs. This team provides tangible help, financial support, and prayer- demonstrating Christ's love in moments of crisis throughout Sonoma County.

  • Worship and a/v

    The Worship and A/V Ministry helps share the good news by creating clear, engaging worship experiences through sound, visuals, and live streaming. From running audio and projection to supporting online viewers, this team plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in helping people connect with Jesus each week.

  • missional families

    Missional Families (FAMs) are small groups of 3-5 people who intentionally live out the welcome of Jesus by loving their neighbors like family. These teams gather regularly to pray, share meals, build relationships, and practice everyday mission together.

  • greeters

    The Greeting Ministry creates a warm and welcoming first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. Greeters and ushers help people feel comfortable, informed, and included-offering hospitality, guidance, and care during each worship service.

  • prayer

    The Prayer Ministry serves the church, community, and world through intentional and faithful prayer. From supporting worship services and ministries to leading prayer gatherings, this team believes prayer is the foundation of all we do.

  • missions

    The Missions Ministry equips and encourages followers of Jesus to share His love locally and globally. This team supports mission partners through prayer, communication, and organization-helping PCC live out Christ's call to make disciples.

  • agape Women

    Agape Women is a ministry rooted in Christian love, serving both the church and the wider community through acts of care, generosity, and connection. This group supports members in practical ways, partners with local and global outreach efforts, and regularly meets to encourage one another and serve together.

  • Grounds

    The Grounds Team serves by maintaining a safe, clean, and inviting church environment. Through building and grounds care projects, this team supports everything that happens on campus and helps create a space where our community can worship and serve well.

  • Women's ministry

    The Women's Ministry provides opportunities for women of all ages and stages of life to flourish in the good news about Jesus. Through gatherings, events, studies, and prayer, this ministry fosters meaningful relationships, spiritual growth, and connection within the church community.
