City Ministries churches in conjunction with Help One Child are purchasing gifts for kids impacted by foster care. PCC is hosting a festive, citywide event where parents/guardians will get to select and giftwrap gifts, drop off kids for childcare, enjoy refreshments, and even receive prayer.
